We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again. The location was very convenient and walkable. I. We stayed in one of the Suites with the conservatory and it was lovely. I highly recommend Bravas Tapas for an exceptional dinner

Huge property. Long line ups for breakfast. No heating or air conditioning. Reading the comments they have not had AC or heating for months. Bathroon sink and tub dirty. Staff at the desk tried to be helpful but they had their stock answers and were not truthful. For $345 cad per night this was not acceptable

Had such a lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful, the vicinity restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing too. We got a room with the tower view, literally looked like we were watching a screen, it looked so nice! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer room to stay in.

Access to Elevators were not the best. Hotel was busy and there were not enough staff at reception to assist.

Easy to get to The Tower Bridge and the The Tower of London. Not quite 4-star.
