Check in time was at 3.00 pm the lock box was empty, after 10 minutes trying to find someone to respond we found out cleaners are still inside, upstairs toilet flush was not working, we found dirty laundry inside the closet of one of the bedrooms, in main bathroom the toilet cover was removed and placed at the corner of the bathroom, for four days four of us were using the same bathroom with broken toilet seat armrest on the couch was not set properly and was coming apart, no toiletries was provided communication with the management did not go anywhere they send the maintenance guy to fix the flush on the last day of our stay which we refused on the last day the code they had provided for the lockbox to drop the keys was wrong and we had to keep the uber driver extra 10 minutes to call and find someone and get a different lockbox code , this place actually charges the security deposit instead of holding it!!! And return it after two weeks!!! Which in our case more than two weeks Overall nor a good experience at all, management lacks , customer service awful do not recommend this place
