Our guests also have the choice of using South Kensington or Knightsbridge underground stations or alternatively the No 14 bus which is a 24hr service into the West End, which makes travelling around the capital easy. Well located, friendly staff, decent-sized room. I'm giving it points off because the hot tub and indoor pool are NOT in the hotel. You have to go to the spa next door (granted, you can connect through the lobby) and pay a daily fee. This was one of the primary reasons for my booking, hence my rating. The description should be corrected to reflect the actual setup.

The concierges and bellmen were the BEST anywhere!!! Scott, Pablo, Niall (so?), and Muhammad were all incredible.

Staff really exceptional. Great shower and warm robes. Quiet room. Television not so great as there was no info. Very close to bus and tube stops.
