A lovely hotel that provides comfortable, cosy and clean accomodation. Teddington is a lovely area of London to stay in if you want a nice neighborhood vibe with cafes and restaurants at your fingertips, and are happy to commute into the centre of London to see the sites.

Rang down to report TV not working. No-one answered after ringing lots. TV did not work at all. Quite disappointing no staff answered.

My partner was extremely poorly the day of our trip, the hotel would not allow us to refund nor reschedule our booking - which I think is poor service.

Very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast - fab pastries! Parking limited so space not always available, which is the only downside.

The rooms were so comfortable and stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful day. Staff was knowledgeable and very kind. We also loved the restaurant.
