This is a lovely lux property. Plenty if not excessive staff as every step you took a staff member was asking if you needed help. Beautiful spacious room with friendly housekeeping staff. Would stay again.

Great location for tourist attractions in London. Rooftop and spa/pool relaxing spots after busy days. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

You need to tighten up your fire safety protocols. The alarm went off at two in the morning and we were all running around like chickens with our heads cut off. I was told it was a false alarm by another guest. No one came to tell us it was a false alarm, no one made an announcement. This is unacceptable after Grenfell.
