Great location near shops, restaurants, theaters, and a tube station. Will definitely stay here again!

A reasonably priced place to stay but the green light in the room meant the room was permanently light.

Definitely not what I thought I was renting. Photos online don’t match actual room. Superior Studio was very small. Hallways were filthy and the room was very hot. We had to sign a waiver to open the window in the room which was the only way to cool things off. The bed is small for two people. Overall, it feels like a cheap motel vs a boutique apart-hotel. We ended up leaving a day early and getting another hotel down the road.

Good value for the convenient, central location. Lack of clarity during booking to state that the room was a mobility/accessibility room.

Conveniently located and really nice modern and clean. So different to a lot of other properties in London. I would highly recommend this property or short or long stays.
