Room was not ready and got a call 2 hours after the original check in time. Unfortunately not a great experience especially for £1000 per night.

It's in a great spot, really close to the tube, and the hotel staff were amazing; the service was top-notch.

The staff are readily available and attentive. Upon check-in (we tried to check in at 3.30pm), we were advised that out room wasn’t ready due to previous occupants being late to vacate. The hotel added free breakfast fir all 3 guests. I am glad they did because breakfast was outstanding. We were able to access our room by 5pm.
The hotel is lovely, food and wine selection is excellent. I used the gym which is v small and a disappointing for such a large hotel. The gym seemed to be an afterthought. With 4 people in the gym it is easy to get in each others way!
Would recommend for a lovely stay in London.

Beautiful hotel and staff were excellent. Bedrooms wouldn’t benefit from an update in terms of charging ports and additional electricity points.

Great location to stay for taking underground back to Heathrow express train to airport. Enjoyed the mirror bar and dinner in the winter garden, very relaxing for the end of our journey.
