I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, and would definitely stay here again. I’ve already recommended it to my friends visiting London. Location was awesome, there’s a lot to do on the South Bank but it’s super walkable to all of the tourist destinations. It’s also less than a five minute walk from Southwark station which is super convenient.
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. As a solo female traveler, the front desk was all women when I checked in who were so kind to me and made me feel so safe and comfortable.
I guess my only complaint was be that the bathroom was a tiny bit dirty? Nothing that really concerned me but I noticed a few hairs in the shower and the sink when I first walked in.
10/10!!!!

A lovely property right next to Jubilee Line and close to Tate Modern and Blackfriars Train Station. One issue with reception was resolved with kindness

Beautiful, modern, convenient, next to the river and walking distance to most of main points to see. Lived it!
