Staff was very friendly, park across the street was nice, bustling nightlife at the hotel bar

Lovely property in lively Shepherds Bush. The hotel upgraded me to a corner room with wrap around windows. It was heaven.

Check in staff were excellent. The room was comfy and clean, love the decor. I will stay at Hoxtons everywhere I can in the future.

Staff were helpful, I lost an item on the plane and they tried in many ways to help me get in contact with the airport/airlines. Hygiene products were provided when asked. The hotel is in a great location and public transportation is near.

Amazing staff, hotel has a nice aesthetic, clean and good location. Also, enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel and the bar.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The bar area was cool and the Thai restaurant was delicious!
