Great place to stay, very convenient. Only comment would be the noise from a couple of the Christmas events

Property was very quiet, central to everything we wanted to see and the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful location, safe, excellent lounge. Room was good, slightly worn. Laundry facility was small. A decent room and amenities and VG location for the price.

The rooms were a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. We did like access to the first floor area where you could grab a tea, coffee or water. The restaurant onsite food was just ok. It was fun staying in Trafalgar Square. London is very walkable.

Excellent location.
Lounge access is a major added bonus
Staff were courteous and helpful
Our room (suite) was relatively small and narrow, with a small window to a clausttophobic small concrete courtyad with large pipes/ducts
