This place is amazing! Not only is it trendy, the staff is phenomenal, the room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom, and great amenities. The staff advised us on transportation, restaurants in the vicinity, and made suggestions on things to see. They were kind and very helpful. The 5th floor lounge probably saved us $50 on coffees and water and juice. It’s open all day and night so you pop in and get what you need. There is beer and a wine bar you can use too! The only downside is the location isn’t close to many of the “London tourist sites:” The closest is probably the Tower of London and it’s an 18-minute walk/ But that’s where the tube, bus, or Ubers come in to play. Aldgate East underground tube stop is literally a 4-minute walk. We used a bus to get across town and an Uber to get to the airport. I would stay here again in a heartbeat)

We enjoyed the size of the rooms with kitchenette, sofa, nice bathroom and bedroom. We had a great view of the street below. Breakfast was good, but no hot choices other than a boiled egg. The area wasn't the best, but the underground was nearby so everything was acessible that way.

Very well designed room,fabrastic views. I arrived 4 hours early and planned to leave my suitcase but they found me an available room.that was fantastic. The kitchen in studio i opted for was perfect. Staff were lovely and place spotless so top marks to cleaners.

This place was generally a nice place and convenient and comfortable. We accidentally booked an accessible room and DO NOT book one of these! Bathroom completely floods ( entire floor) after 1 shower due to bad shower pan and slow drain. The front desk told us this is just to be expected and hotel was booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. Had to make a towel dam to keep the water from flooding.

After booking three rooms I got an email asking for £150 deposit for each and I was a bit concerned. I then got a check in email and it only worked for one of the rooms. I emailed the hotel via Expedia and asked if we would need entrance codes and would there be anyone there to take a deposit. I never received a reply. I was thinking oh no what have I done!!! However the place is close to the tube with a big reception / bar area and the chap who greeted us was incredibly helpful. The rooms were, whilst strange in their design very spacious and the bed and shower tip top. Breakfast was satisfactory and overall I found it a great stay. I will definitely book again next time in London.

A beautiful property in a great location. Apartment was on the 12th floor and provided an incredible view of the city. Apartment was also well furnished and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is not bad and close to a train station. The problem was the hospitality, it gets a -10 from me. As a guest in your hotel I'm expected to be treated kindly and helped in all ways possible. That was not the case, very poorly hospitality this hotel has, not one day I entered the doors and received a Hello. One day my phone got stolen and I needed to communicate with my family in Puerto Rico to let them know something has happened. They helped 0, first the phone at the hotel wasn't making any calls to PR so I asked for any other solution they could give me and it was none. Im a problem solver so that for me was so unkind of the hotel staff. It was the worst feeling to be in a foreigner country without the help of the place that you are staying in. Just for that, my review is 0 and will never stay again.

Solid property, great location
Our room had the capacity to host a family of three and use a kitchenette that includes an oven and hot plates. In terms of comfort, the convertible sofa bed was quite rough with a metal bar running right under the mattress in the middle. Our main issue was the eco-friendly water pressure. It got so low at times that rincing the nice, foamy shampoo and soap proved challenging.

Great stay especially for a citybreak stay in london, gorgeous views and spacious room with good facilities. Great location and very good access to transport links and other gems to visit in East London. However, the room I have been given did not have the nicest bathroom there was mo ventilation so felt stuffy and had an odd smell and no shower barrier so the whole bathroom floor would flood after showering. Breakfast is great.

The bed was not as clean as it should have been. Dust balls and other lint that made it seem like it was not recently cleaned. Lights in bathroom didn’t work so took a shower in the dark. On the last evening, there was a loud buzzing sound all night. I slept 2 hours and then boarded a 9 hour flight. Liked the facilities but disappointed the room didn’t seem to be checked for things like lights just not working.
