Just finished our 5th stay at the Egerton. While this boutique hotel is beautiful, it’s the wonderful staff that keep us coming back. They are warm and always eager to share recommendations and make arrangements in order to make our stay memorable. We also love the location as it is on a quiet street and a short walk to South Kensington station. It’s also just a 3 minute walk to the V & A, which always has an interesting special exhibitions in addition to their permanent exhibits. The rooms are a uniquely decorated but are all beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. It is also a very quiet hotel so I know I’ll get a good nights sleep. I look forward to returning to the Egerton the next time I visit London.

Quiet boutique hotel in nice area. Pleasant and helpful staff. Dining in hotel is pricey. Good location.

This was the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. From the staff to the ambience every thing was a 10/10. I would love the opportunity to visit again.

We loved every minute of our stay at The Egerton House. The staff was outstanding and always accommodated our requests! We especially loved the martinis in the bar made by the friendliest bartender!

From the day of booking our reservation the customer service was exceptional. In the weeks leading up to our arrival the staff continued to maintain contact and offer assistance in making reservations for our visit. The customer service continued throughout our visit. Every individual was courteous and helpful. I hope to return to this hotel in the future.

The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The location is wonderful, centrally located near good restaurants, shopping and museums. I definitely recommend it and plan on staying there again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Egerton House Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful, especially when it came to navigating around London. Their local insights truly enriched our visit! However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the honesty of the housekeeping team. On our first night, my husband and I inadvertently left our credit cards and other valuables out on the table while the room was being cleaned. To our astonishment, when we returned, everything was exactly as we had left it—nothing was missing! This level of integrity is a testament to the hotel’s values and made us feel incredibly safe and secure during our stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury with genuine care for their guests, Egerton House Hotel is the perfect choice. We left with our hearts full and memories to cherish. We can’t wait to return! Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!

This was such a great option for my one night in london. I wanted to stay for a week. I will be back. Very close to Harrod’s if that’s on your to do list.
