Hotel well positioned a short walk from Stamford bridge. Check time was quite late....4 pm. Having said that Iwas in tge queue for check in when the Chelsea team arrived for their pre match preparations. However staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

The property is a great location. lovely walks down the river close to everything. the service however is terrible .. took 1.5 hours to get room service breakfast and called laundry loads and no one picked up. very unimpressed with the service

Hotel reception nice, and rooms big but very dated. 4pm check in is not good.

I am a returning customer to this hotel where my previous stay was excellent. After checking in I returned to the reception and was greeted by another receptionist, I asked what times the pool was open and was notified that it was closed for refurbishment, there was nothing she could do as it was on their website and I needed to take up the issue with Expedia, she subsequently walked off and served another customer. A spa break with no swimming pool is a bit of an issue! The room cost was in the mid price range for this hotel, carpets in the bedroom were stained and damaged, the shower had a hole in the ceiling and water staining, the curtains didn’t close properly so couldn’t keep daylight out, cracked tiles in toilet, chest of drawers didn’t close and most TV channels kept dropping off. Very disappointing stay and would definitely not recommend their customer service and conditions of bedroom.

Really good stay. Mohit at the front desk was amazing and very welcoming. He sorted out a minor issue quickly! Thank you for a pleasant stay.
