Absolutely disgusting, floor was filthy and full of stains. Beds were full of stains & hairs so bed sheets/covers were not changed. Toilets didn’t work. Broken glass around the room and worst part was the bed were full of bed bug. They told me they had no more room so I had to go sleep in the car with my 2 kids because I wasn’t letting my kids sleep in that room.

No one came for cleaning.Their look like old and dirty.Their small table fan's front part is broken.They tried to fix up but after some moment it was happeing the same incident.Shower room had no water protected glass.Overall I am feeling fade up.

Poor service delivery, they changed my booking to a basement room without my consent only to find out upon arrival and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired as sewage was flowing all over the floors, maintenance issues so they said
