This apartment was clean and modern - well appointed and furnished. Loved the full kitchen and washing machine. We found the location convenient to the metro, activities and good. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful!! Almost perfect but..
Posted 17 Jun 2024 on HotelsThis place is beautiful! Great location to everything. Views were great, and it was very clean. We had some trouble getting in because the info they sent us did not work. We tried emailing several times and still did not get the proper info. When we finally got it we were thrilled. The kitchen is lovely but be prepared to bring your own coffee, oil, salt and pepper, spices, laundry soap, etc. Nothing is provided. No big deal if we were staying longer but for a shot stay we didn't want to buy all of that. Over all we would stay there again for sure!! Just knowing what to expect helps!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again!

Horrible customer service!

Our booking dates and within a couple days later we tried every approach to adjust and they would not without a full fee cancellation. BTW, we this all happened over 70 days away from the actual stay dates. Horrible customer service! Also the photos are much nicer than the actual property. We recommend to stay away at all costs.

Tolle, moderne und sehr große Unterkunft über drei Stockwerke mit Terrasse mit allem was man braucht. Sensationelle Ausblicke auf die Stadt. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Nähe U-Bahn und viele Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideal für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip. Bequeme Betten, hochwertige Küchengeräte, drei Bäder mit Regendusche, Aufzug…..
