If you are looking for an inexpensive place in the area …. Great. But the stairs are like climbing in the old castles and it is 3 full sets of stairs. The area is SO noisy. We stayed and June and had to have the windows open because it was SO hot. But then we couldnt sleep and there were at least 20 flying knats or flies. When I called them they did nothing and we moved to a hotel. We needed sleep.

It's in a great location that is close to shopping and walkable to the rest of the sights. The covent gardens subway station is close. It was very noisy. People partied down below late into the early morning. No A/C so pretty hot. Stairs were very steep so not for the elderly or infirm.

Posted 14 May 2022 on HotelsI booked this property a while ago I use Hotels.com a lot a week before my journey I went to my hotels.com app to check my stay!! Nothing came up & in my panic rebooked, about 2:45 on the day of the stay we got a call saying our 2 flats were ready 😱. We paid for 2 flats even though the policy said if I hadn’t confirmed then the booking would be cancelled We have paid for two apartments when we only stayed in one! Overall the communication was appalling and in the future we will do everything possible to avoid Stayo!

The stay was overall good but the service is really bad. We only got the password and how to get into the apartment because we reached out to stayo ourselves on the day that we arrived, we were worried that they wouldn’t respond as their number wasn’t going through that day. In terms of cleanliness it was good, but the shower is WAY too small, the bed was uncomfortable and the shower water, if you wanted warm, it had no strength to it. Also our room was very cold even with the heater on. Great blow dryer though, even though there was no full body mirror and no outlet in the bathroom.

Great stay!
Posted 14 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe apartment was gorgeous, the only feedback I would give was that the bedroom was absolutely boiling at night and only 1 fan was provided. The toilet also had a smell of drains which wasn’t too pleasant! Overall really enjoyed the stay and the apartment was in a brillant location
