Very clean property with helpful staff. The breakfast was also very good. No bellman at the hotel, so if you have a ton of luggage, you’re all on your own.

Great, clean, roomy, and quiet. Couldn't ask for more from a hotel next to the airport. Highly recommend Staybridge Heathrow.

Property is very clean and rooms are nice. Found the dining staff and a couple of the front desk staff rude and unhelpful.
Wanted to charge me to change a wheel chair accessible room to a standard room which I booked. Wanted another 25GBP per night???
Finally a manger said I was right. Also tried to buy a snack and front staff rude. A shame really as the hotel is nice
