some property maintenance is needed - door handles, leaking shower, perhaps even new mattresses or beds.

Worst rental in 20 years. BUGS, BLOOD AND BODY & TMN FLUIDS. Add to that a hostle Property Manager and the story just gets better. -check in a nightmare. No lobby or staff. You need to sit outside waiting for an email they send only at 2:00pm or later telling you how to get in. Ours came at 2:10. Along with 20 or couples. All scrambling to get to key boxes at same time. -within 5 minutes my mother locked in bedroom as doorknob fell of with no way to open. Scared he’ll outta her. -chairs in bedroom has blood stain. Plus very dirty -chair in br 2 had body fluids strain front and Center. - tried to open windows and 2 of them almost fell off. Broken hinges. -hot water running in kitchen and would not turn off period. Driving us nuts -couch full of stains and 9 months Of dirt under cushions -bugs various types. Both dead and alive. Walkers and flyers. One big crawly guy. -TV would not turn on. No phone either. Guess they not big on complaint calls. So I had to use Canada in cell to try contact -fire and smoke detector broken and ripped from ceiling. -garbage and stinky milk cups hidden under bathroom sink And this all found in first 10 minutes. Called to complain and took two hours to finally contact anyone. Trying to get them to move us. -relocation was the hope but property manager crushed dream. Called finally and only would argue saying room was fine and that they just cleaned it. Denied water runnng or windows TV broken.
