Unfortunately we had no heating our room, they were aware of this because they didn’t come to our room to inspect this, i called reception 3 times and still no one, after an hour or so they bought a heater. Hospitality team were unwelcoming and rude. So overall i had a bad new year.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent stay, booked through your platform. Our visit was intended to be a joyful New Year’s celebration, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues. First, upon our arrival at 3 PM, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and had to wait for 25 minutes. While we understand that the holiday season can be busy, we were surprised by the delay, especially since we had arrived at the check-in time. Secondly, the room assigned to us appeared much older and more worn than expected. We noticed visible signs of age and wear, which was a bit disappointing as it did not align with the hotel's star rating. Even the price of 200gbp per night. Lastly, after settling in, we discovered leftover food in the fridge, which raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. We were quite tired from our journey and didn’t notice this until a few hours later. While we understand that not every stay can be perfect, these issues impacted our overall experience. We hope that by sharing our feedback, you can help address and improve these areas for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and we look forward to the possibility of staying at a more welcoming and comfortable accommodation during our next visit.

I would like to thank the staff at the Stamford Bridge Hotel for their help during my stay due to an error on my part that nearly ruined the whole booking. I can definitely say that they were super helpful and friendly to myself and my wife and saved our weekend going above and beyond the baseline of their jobs to help us out. Hope you all have a great 2025!

Clean,tidy, comfortable hotel. Would prefer a shower screen rather than a curtain.

The property is idea for match days. The rooms are a little tired. Enjoyed our stay. Ideal for the games.

Staff and the reservation manager were excellent. The property is next to the CFC statium, and security is very tight around the hotel.
