We absolutely loved our stay at the Saint Martin Ln., Hotel !!
The room was exceptional. The staff was wonderful so easy and convenient for us to get around.

First impressions stay with you unfortunately. We checked in before our room was ready - absolutely no problem,
On return, and after a very tiring day - we had to make 3 trips to and from reception as the key we were given didn’t work. No apology for the inconvenience.
Maintenance then came and the issue fixed and he was very apologetic.
We had to rescan our card for ‘extras’ and I didn’t like to see mine and other guests check in forms left on the front desk for all to see - a gdpr issue.
Apart from the issue the room was very nice, good linen and bed, lovely shower & toiletries, very clean.

Superb location with easy walking distance to tons of restaurants, theatres, and the National Gallery.

The property is located in a central area of the theater district of London. Most of the staff at the hotel gave helpful service. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, salmon and pastries. Unfortunately, we needed to wait for our room to be ready and at 3:20pm were shown a room below the grade we had paid for. We needed to wait longer for that room, any other time this would not have been a problem but we had been traveling for over 20 hours and had an appointment to make, so it was frustrating that the room was not ready on time. I would stay at this hotel again as overall we enjoyed our time there.
