We were really comfortable in this hotel. Very convenient to transportation and shops. Very walkable.

Its a reasonably priced hotel in a central area. The main problem is with the lifts. There are 1-2 working lifts at any given time, and it can take a long long time to get into one!

Best location for walking, dining, tube station etc. in the heart of everything.

I didn’t like the elevator because it kept going to different floors when I needed to go to ground floor and my key card didn’t work first time which was fixed eventually hence the 4 stars.

The New Signature room is tiny at St.Giles hotel
We have stayed in London many time and understand hotel rooms are smaller for your money but these are ridiculous, we will choose elsewhere in the future!
