Simple, basic accomodation in an excellent part of the city. Perfect if the plan is to spend as much time as possible around London. Great public transport close by. Comfortable enough overall

Historic building, very quaint. Close to the train station and bus stop. Nice local restaurants. Great staff. Would definitely stay again.

For the price it is great. Beware no elevator or phone in room. No ac. Wifi good. TV good. People great. Noise vibration from tube feels very historic to me. The noise seemed to stop late night or I just got used to it. The big bus tour stops 30 feet away from the door. Lots of restaurants near. Mcdonald's Tube stop near. Highlight is there is a sparklingly water tap you can fill water bottle for free. I would stay again for the price. Bed firm. Super high ceilings.it seems to be one of those homes that is turned into a hotel. 2 USB in room. You may hear neighbors open their doors. But nothing more

We’re glad you appreciated the Wi-Fi, TV, USB ports, and the free sparkling water tap.We are sorry about the noise disturbance from the underground. The operators usually grind the surface of the rails every year to keep the noise and vibrations to a quiet rumble, which are typically only felt in the lower ground level rooms. Unfortunately, the operators have not been able to do their annual maintenance for four years, and this has impacted the experience of our guests. The Bakerloo Line service runs from 5:30 am to midnight. As you can imagine, it is hugely frustrating and upsetting for us to have unhappy customers for something beyond our control. The noise and rattling can be minimised if the maintenance works are done, and we will continue to convey this message to the underground operators in hopes they will take action.We appreciate your understanding and hope this issue does not put you off visiting us again in the future. The staff was lovely, nice bathroom, they make your bed every day and give fresh towels. However, they should make it clear that the train absolutely shakes your room.
