A modern hotel - a lot of admin stuff is done via the Sonder app. A decent hotel with nice stuff! It’s located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood that isn’t too far away from London’s popular spots. However, it would be good if there were more toiletries provided - bedroom slippers would be nice, given that this a 4-star hotel.

Nice friendly staff for the most part. They were doing some painting in the halls of our floor near our room most of the days we were there. Even the painters were polite and tried to stay as quiet as possible. The room was a decent size and worked well for us. Small lifts but always clean and worked. Lobby was always clean and had nice offerings. Nearby there are only a couple of places for food, but still convenient enough. Several tube stations within a quick walk. Would stay here again.

This hotel is out further from the tourist centers but it is well worth it. The room, albeit small, had the right amenities. We didn't opt for housekeeping, but it was very easy to access towels, linens, and other toiletry needs. The hotel staff were friendly and though you could sometimes hear noise from the hallways, it wasn't too loud.

Beautiful building with stunning foyer & pleasant staff. Rooms are more basic but clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a lovely part of London with great walking and transport options. Good value.

Loved it...my only 2 thoughts are: Bigger bedside tables!!! A non slip surface in shower...very slippery once soap is on it...I am an older woman and I was afraid of slipping... and it would be great if the morning food bar, sold wine and beer in the evening! thanks!

I recently stayed at Sonder The Henry in London. The hotel has some great aspects but also a few downsides. On the positive side, the rooms are clean and modern. However, we had to request a room change as our first room was quite noisy, but the staff handled the change promptly and courteously. One of the main drawbacks is that they don’t offer complimentary room cleaning services. If you need cleaning, you have to pay an additional £45, which can be quite expensive, especially if you're staying for an extended period. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but the extra cleaning charge is a bit off-putting.

Amazing hotel to stay at, great location, nice staff, the room was a good size for a hotel and all the amenities were fantastic. Anything that needs replenishing you can get from a cupboard in the lobby (coffee pods, tea, milk, etc). The cafe in the lobby also has nice coffee and croissants. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I recently stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon, and we loved it! The location was incredible; just a short walk to Hyde Park and a lot of Tube routes, which we really enjoyed. The rooms were clean with lots of plug options, and the shower was awesome! We loved how hands-off things were for the hotel in general, which allowed us to feel more autonomy and enjoy our stay without being anxious about being in staff's way or anything (my friends with anxiety will know what I mean!) If we needed anything, the hotel's app made it super easy, and the staff were super friendly whenever we were going in and out. If we come back to London, we'll definitely stay here again, we loved it!
