The property was clean and comfortable. I have stayed many times before. Sadly on this occasion the cleaners started cleaning the 2 neighbouring rooms at 830 am. Crashing and banging around, also mobile phones ringing loudly and staff talking loudly to each other I asked them if this could be reduced. The reply was “we start work at 830 am these are rooms to clean so we cannot “ Really not acceptable when check out time is 10 am. It is not a great start to the morning

Completely unsuitable for me because of my mobility needs. I should have checked accessibility, but being only 1 night (thank goodness) I didn't. I was effectively trPped in the room until I left the next morning. I attempted to get assistance with my luggage but the remote chat wasn't working.

Very comfortable bed however it was a very hot day and the Air Conditioner kept making a very kind banging noise all night and the toilet was very close to the bath so was rather uncomfortable to sit on

I've stayed in Sonder before elsewhere in London so understand the concept. The property was easy to find from the street and had been renovated well. I received a wonderful greeting at 10pm in the evening from the lady on the front desk who made me feel welcome, and other members of staff I spoke with throughout my stay were equally friendly and very willing to help guests. The room in the main building was comfortable, with air conditioning, a safe and a chiller – safe and chiller are often omitted by other hotels at similar price points, so this is to be noted positively. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Downsides. I had read the reviews before booking which seemed to give a mixed perception of the hotel. While initially I could see no reason for some of the negative reviews, the reasons did emerge as time went on – when going to sleep, I realised there is very little sound isolation from the corridors and adjacent rooms. I could hear every movement of people coming and going, so I do expect rooms on the staircase would be disturbed by luggage being moved around by other guests etc. There is a somewhat busy street nearby which seems to be used by fast, noisy cars in the night and this was also audible from the room. I was able to sleep well once things quietened down but these factors from other reviews are true. In the vicinity I also note that nearby tube stops are some distance walking, although there is a regular bus service (including night bus).

It's an aesthetically pretty property but the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything and the shower only went freezing or scalding

The room was clean and there was a window which we could open - i hate aircon and get very claustrophobic if i can't have air. There was also an air purifier. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's an excellent pub 5 minutes away and the hotel is within walking distance of the Camden Jazz Cafe. Sweet

Really friendly staff who made such an effort to help us celebrate our anniversary! Good knowledge of what's local. Clean modern rooms with a nice communal area to sit/work. I would definitely stay again here or at another Sonder hotel

Lovely room
Our stay was satisfactory, we were offered a quiet and spacious room on request. Sam was very helpful and polite at all times, he provided an extra duvet and chair as requested, thank you Sam! Overall, i would say that the room was well furnished although there was no space to sit and relax apart from a single desk chair. The room would benefit from an armchair or a small sofa and a rug or a small carpet. There weren't enough plugs in the walls for charging our telephones and there was no desk lamp. It would be great if the rubbish is collected every couple of days, rather than left to the guests to manage. We know that cleaning was optional at a separate cost, but some room maintenance would be welcome, eg sweeping the floor every couple of days. Finally, there was noise from dragging furniture from the above or neighboring rooms particularly in the evenings.

Lovely hotel for the price, staff pleasant, clean and modern, toiletries provided, hairdryer in rokm and nice touch for iverseas travellers with a plug adaptor. I stau in the area multiple times a month for work and Sonder is one of the best at this price point when the single room is £80-£90
