Nice convenient 5 star hotel in walking distance to some of London's best shopping and key attractions like Buckingham Palace. Staff super helpful.

We had a lovely time at the Sofitel St James. The staff was very accommodating and so just so nice. Everyone had such a positive attitude and really seemed to enjoy their job. The location is great and I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Property was excellent and the shower is amazing in the room.

Tremendous staff, the suite was elegant and the housekeeping very thoughtful and attentive. Could not have stayed in a better place for our anniversary!
