First, no room facilities like kettle, coffe, cups. For parking charging me.. around the hotel was car wash with noises.. reception was very polite and helpful but nothing change in my confidence.. toilet hasnt got enough paper rolll.. small tower..

Bed sheets not clean and not been cleaned. Shower leaking out and bugs in beds

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay. I was disappointed to learn that your experience was not pleasant.I personally investigated the issues you raised. Typically, we do not service rooms during a stay unless requested. It appears that the room light and open window may have attracted flying insect, which have since been removed.

The hotel is close to Heathrow, it was very clean, basic with a great shower & the female staff member was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for convenience and price.

Very friendly staff who were happy to help and answer any and all questions we had about getting around and getting to the airport! My family and I would happily stay there again.

Air conditioner condenser made a loud noise every few minutes and street was loud with window open, so it made it a little difficult to sleep. The room was clean. The shower was spacious, but frequently turned to scalding hot while showering. Beds were comfortable. A few restaurants were walkable. Parking was easy. Not a bad price for a quick stay while passing through.

The hotel is very central which nearly the town , has restaurant , Tesco and take away nearby , otherwise has lovely park not far away ! Has his own car park !
We has booked family room , caused the done up the bathroom , still a bit painting working , they give us two room instead !
The receptionist very good and polite, otherwise the hotel very standard and no much facilities
