Very efficient staff but stains on carpets

The property is in a really bad neighborhood of the city where there is a lot of homelessness and drugs, the parking garage is a place where the homeless stays warm and releives themselves. The continental breakfast was horrible, food was not good. The rooms were nice, the fitness center was basic but got the job done.

Firstly - the staff was excellent. Unfortunately for this hotel and this area, there is a SIGNIFICANT problem with un-homed people and drug users in the area. Every time I went to my car in the underground parking there were people using drugs and defecating. It smelled of urine. We even felt unsafe in our room - as the lobby was often un-manned, and the elevator did not require a key to use.

Lots of low life homeless people outside
