Good location and nicely furnished apartment that is larger than the average London hotel room. Disappointed that a faulty appliance could not be replaced despite requesting this several times at reception.

Very impressive apartment - clean, spacious and to a high standard. All staff very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would certainly stay at this venue again.

A bare bones apartment hotel, well situated, well priced in November and very functional as a place to sleep and start walks from.

The property is externally modern, and even the apartment is very modern. However, the microwave did not work, and the room smelt of food, which wasn't great when we entered it. The amenities of the room are very modern, but the smell of food wasn't great.

We arrived early and the hotel staff was very courteous. They allowed us to leave our bags before check in so that we could explore the area. Hotel was clean and spacious.
