Always a convenient stay when wishing to be close to Heathrow, in a welcoming, lovely hotel.

This hotel is in a great location with the hoppa bus servicing it to the terminals. Uber is also cheap from the hotel to airport.
The rooms were large and comfortable.
We did request a wake up call which didn't come, but luckily we also set an alarm ourselves (thankfully). Just something to keep in mind if you rely on wake up calls for early flights

The area around the property is the Airport, so that is a five, but if one is asking about charming restaurants and shopping, then it is a one star.

Fourth time I’ve stayed here this year. Excellent hotel and do easy for Heathrow.
