I always stat at the Radisson Blu on my way back to the USA. Its close to the airport and the hotel is clean wih great and friendly staff.

We have stayed here a few times as it has on site parking.
This time we booked a trip to Valencia and even though it was obvious via Expedia we could not go the hotel would not refund or credit our cost to an alternative date.
The cost is okay and there is a great pub nearby called the Pheasant Inn but I’m really angry about your attitude towards customers misfortune.

Our room was directly outside the elevators and we heard every single footstep going in and out. One of the elevators also got stuck and the guests trapped inside rang the alarm non stop from 2AM - 3:30 AM.
