First stay for a conference.
The staff are very pleasant and eager to help. The staff at breakfast are very competent and the seating arrangements could be better. Its very overcrowded.
Convenient to dining options and the underground.
I would consider staying again.

Stay was great. Beds were comfortable. Noise did travel easily and could hear people in the hallway but guests were well behaved so no complaints there either.
