The property was in a poor condition, when we arrived it smelt dirty. The room had several poor conditions. The kitchen was disgraceful

I stayed at this hotel last week, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The first night we had issues with the door lock, and the room had only half a curtain, so privacy was kind of a problem, especially since I was with my girlfriend. There was no desk or even a rubbish bin, which was pretty annoying. I talked to the receptionist, and they moved us to a new room the next day, which was way better. After that, the room was fine, and the bathroom was decent too. But one thing that really got on my nerves was that almost every morning, maintenance people would come by to check something or fix things. It felt like we couldn’t just chill or sleep in because they’d be knocking on the door or coming in to do random stuff. Super frustrating. That said, the best part of the hotel was definitely the receptionist. They were really helpful and nice, so that made the experience a bit better. In the end, the hotel was alright, but it had its fair share of issues. If they could sort out the maintenance interruptions and fix the little things, it would be much better.

Homeless People, Terrible Condition & Dirty

Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs.

Would not stop again if someone paid me to!!

Well we're do I start. Location is on busy, noisy high street. Receptionist only interested in mobile phone. Hallways are filthy and smell of damp. Room was the most dirtiest and smallest room I have ever stopped in. Carpet was filthy and freying in all the corners. Walls were dirty & stained with god knows what. The bed was the most dirtiest and uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Springs in your back constantly and only get 1 thin cushion. How they can justify letting people sleep on them I don't know. Would be better sleeping on the floor tbh. Bathroom was dirty with mould in the shower and floor not been cleaned in months by the looks of it. Avoid at all costs!!!
