Lovely stay in a super little property. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The location is just a few minutes walk from the tube station and about a 20 minute walk from Paddington. The room, whilst compact, is well appointed and provides a great base for a stay in London. It was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

Ok for short stay. A bit of a walk to the tube stations and didn’t like it late at night as a woman on her own. Woken up both nights by people above stomping.

Everything was good except for the bathroom, we stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t clean the bathroom at all, very disappointed.

Great location near Kensington Gardens & tube stations. The lobby is really nice, but the room is really average. The shower was the smallest we’ve seen in Europe and had a lot of mildew. It was impossible to shower without touching the unclean walls, which was a bummer. Otherwise, good place.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very warm with no a/c, the room was very small, the hairdryer would only work for a couple of minutes before overheating.
From 6.30 there was a lot of noise outside the room due to being close to the breakfast area and lift/ stairwell.
