Ridiculously hot. Staff unable to turn temperature down despite the hallway being noticeably cooler. Unhappy with response. Numerous phone calls to reception didn’t resolve the issue. Wouldn’t recommend.

The offer to check in early for an additional fee did not work because our room was not ready. We waited for 2 hrs and checked in during the normal check in time but our luggage’s were kept safe while we wondered around outside.
Shower did not have shampoo container refilled. We requested and took a day to get it done.
Overall it was ok because the location was close to everything.
