The hotel is ok, all facilities worked and was all very functional. Front desk pretty rude though both when checking in and checking out.

The kettle boiled over, water flew out and burnt me. The milk for the coffee was off and curdled in the cup.

Very conveniently located within walking distance from the Heathrow Express train (Paddington station). I was given a tin in the property opposite the main hotel. The lift does not serve every floor, so you may need to carry your luggage down a few steps. The room had all the essential items on good working conditions. However the room was miniscule and would have been unsuitable for a couple, despite having a double bed.
Unless you have an IQ of 500 you won't be able to figure out how to switch the lights on as off. Some of the lights had a mind of their own, and why on and off by themselves regardless of what I did you the switches. Something much simpler and more intuitive would have been greatly appreciated. Overall it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

This property is within 10 minutes walking from Paddington and 10 minutes from Hyde Park. There are lots of restaurants nearby! The staff was welcoming and accommodating and the small bar area had wifi and televised sports! I had a quiet, clean room!
