This room was not available on the date reserved. For me, to reserve a room and not have a room is terrible. Expedia (not Orbitz) did rebook us into another hotel. We will review that booking if asked to fo so. The three star ratings should be “not applicable” but that rating is not available.

Place felt old and run down, staff member was rude at front desk. Would definitely not stay here again. The room was very small and bed uncomfortable

Pleasant stay in comfortable room.

Good stay
Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsHad a comfortable stay in central London. Room was fully equipped with a kettle, microwave and a mini fridge. Found the bathroom bit tight as I’m on the larger side. Rooms had noise coming from other rooms using loo or shower.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend if you want to stay central and just use the room to sleep.
