I was moved to another hotel due to issues at this one. I was promised an upgrade and instead at grand park paddington i got a substandard bare minimun room in the basement. Loud ventilation sounds, no fitted sheets.. At least the tiny bathroom was clean. No where near the room i originally booked. Absolutely disappointed

The hotel was tucked away from the busy roads which was nice. The receptionist who booked us in was lovely. The problem was the bright lighting which came through under the door and the room was very bright all night long so we could hardly have a good sleep. We could also hear the noises from the corridor. We tried the first and the second day to make tea or coffee and the milk was expired and lumpy. We were surprised by that. The bath towels were very small and the bathroom door will not close properly.

Nice place to stay, rooms could do with being upgraded but apart from that everything else was great
