By far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible from start to finish. You feel like you are at a true five star hotel. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable which is key to having the energy for your vacation. I will not stay at another hotel when traveling to London. This property is worth every penny!

One member of staff at the front desk (Sonia) went above and beyond for us during our stay making it extra special! The room was immaculate as was the wellness/pool area. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Elite, top level property with excellent staff and service, one of the best hotel gyms I've ever been to, very good lobby bar, and some extras like Santa at Christmas. Rooms are excellent with great bathroom and in room coffee, mini bar and the view from the 13th floor was amazing. But the staff and service is what really sets this property apart from all others. Elite level!
