The pictures of the room did not match reality.
The lights did not turn off. You had to take the bulbs out ....

Avoid ground floor otherwise all OK

We paid extra and booked a double deluxe room. The description did not mention that it was in the basement. The room never got warm despite the heating being on and it was dark and dingy. Had it been mentioned that the room was in the basement we wouldn’t have booked it and booked somewhere else. The check in staff said that they were fully booked and the basement rooms were the only ones available.

Posted 24 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe room was in the cellar and awfullly cold, dirty and was suppose to be a double bed and its been 2 mattress pushed together. Couldnt move in the room. Nothing like what i thought I had booked. Not even close to the pictures. ..been offered to change room for an additional fee !..so ended up having to pay more for getting the room i originaly booked .. not happy

Extremely Tiny room. Couldn’t pass each other in the walking area beside the bed. Fire alarm at 6 am. Sheets don’t stay tucked in the mattress.
