Night of hell

Hotel is now an immigration stop over hotel. I was not informed of the change of use and on arrival was not expected. It took me 2 hours to arrange alternative accommodation for the night and £37 in additional taxi fees

Hotels.com didn’t tell us our hotel was closed

Hotels.com had forgotten to tell us that the Novotel has been closed for over a month to normal visitors. DO NOT BOOK

They cancelled my booking so I didn't even stay there. I'm still waiting for you to process my refund!!!!

Simple and modern

Clean, spacious, simple and modern. Nice breakfast at good price, which made up for the slightly pricey parking.
