Best features are the location and service of the staff. I was checked in efficiently had everything explained to me and was escorted to the room and show the facilities. The location is very central within walking distance to everything I wanted. The room itself was spacious and comfortable

Property is not luxury and very loud. We realize it’s on a busy street and had we known we’d not have picked it. We also thought there was a bar but when we asked the front desk person said it was closed, this was at 6-7pm. Our room was so small that when our luggage was taken to our room, the door wouldn’t open fully. We would not recommend this property even though it’s right in the middle of the theatre district. It’s worth staying farther out and walking a bit longer. Our room was so small there was no closet.

Great welcome, room was ready before check in time which was great. Hotel is very central to everything, china town, harry potter house and picadilly circus. Overall enjoyed the stay very much. And highly recommend!

The hotel was promising as it mentioned it had a kitchen and a spa which made the hotel a 4 star hotel, however once i checked in none of these services were available. Waste of money.

The hotel is very small. The pictures make the lobby look much bigger. The rooms are like tiny bedrooms in the USA. Everything is much more dated than it looks online but it’s still clean. The staff are okay. They aren’t friendly but they aren’t rude. There is no breakfast right now as it is under renovation. The elevator is very small and very very slow. The neighborhood is a party district and it’s extremely loud all night long. There are tons of bars, clubs and restaurants nearby. If you’re coming to London to drink and club this is probably a decent place to stay. For us it was far too noisy and cramped and I wouldn’t stay there again.
