Hotel under refurbishment

We initially booked the hotel but on arrival the hotel was being renovated and we were directed to a neighbouring property which comprised many suites. Our main issues were there were a lot of stairs and no lifts. The annexe also didn’t have a bar or restaurant. However, the price was fair, the area excellent and overall a good stay.

Over priced, dirty, no lift, no help with luggage, no mini bar, room far from deluxe, tired, dated and unpleasant. Bed was ok, breakfast in a different building was of a a good standard. Can’t recommend.

Single room very very small. Air conditioning made a lot of noise asp had to turn off to sleep. Outside the window was external air conditioning unit which went off every 10mins which was also noisy. Complained to reception and was told nothing they could do. They did move me the second night which wasn’t much better

Clean & comfortable room, only thing missing was that towels were not provided in our room

Good for stay near Oxford Street
