So the property had an 8.2 review rating which is mind boggling. I booked a room last minute and hoped for the best even though the bathroom was shared. It is not clear to me shared amongst how many rooms but clearly many. The bathtub was unclean and I was scared to step in. There were black marks on the sealant. At some point I entered the bathroom when it had just been used to shower and I almost gagged. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I also tried to upgrade but I was told there was no way. It was horrific!

Perfect location across from Tube station with 3 lines. Room was very quiet at night, both windows opened, and the aircon worked. Lots of great restaurants and shops close. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom worn out, but lots of hot water and storage, both there and in bedroom. Very nice, efficient staff, good housekeeping. Bed and pillows clean but very hard. Still, I was tired, and slept well!

Very .nice professional room are very small with shared bathroom which wS very different. Food was delicious with a good cocktail list.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Natural History Museum was a short walk, as was the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Close to Gloucester Road train lines. Easy to travel by train to go to theater.
