Excellent hotel. Different dining options inside which were all amazing with incredible service. Food was fabulous. The room was perfect. Comfy bed. The steam shower was the best part of the room. So relaxing and such a great addition to an already beautiful hotel.

The staff was really terrific. There was a day where we slept in and deferred housekeeping. But get this: that evening I asked for some Nespresso pods to be brought up while we were away and not only did they bring us the pods, they made up the room that night. So kind and thoughtful. Fab trendy hotel , Queen beds so soft and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly . The hotel smells so good , everything in room you require and great fancy extra touches , like coffee machine , robes etc . Great location in between two tube stations nearby .. The hotel itself is ok. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dining options were ok but not great. There is a rooftop restaurant where a small issue was encountered, but the restaurant was very good about dealing with it. The main reason for the poor rating is noise. My room was street facing and noise from adjacent and rooftop nightclubs went on through the night. Pick this hotel if you plan to be at the nightclub all night. Otherwise, be prepared.
