Needed to have milk provided for hot drinks.

Are room did not have an AC unit like some of the other rooms did. So we left the windows open and at times it was very noisy outside.

The property is in a very good central location near Oxford Street. The public transportation is also nearby. Lots of shops and food places. The set up of the property is divided. Our place was across the mermaid hotel entrance. They had rooms service every day with fresh towels which was excellent. The only complaint is that we had no WiFi. We had to step out into the stairwell to get any connection. And even then, it was very poor. I have a phone carrier with weak overseas data so it was paramount that I had WiFi. Unfortunately this was a big minus. The rest of the stay was good.

For this money in central London this is an excellent place to stay. Our room was clean, functional, quiet and air-conditioned. The beds were comfortable and the shower good. The reception staff are helpful and pleasant.
The accommodation is relatively basic as you would expect at this price point but you can pay a lot more for very little extra.
