This is a wonderful place to stay in London. The location is ideal and right in the middle of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful and responded immediately when we had a small issue.(which was immediately resolved) We stayed in flat 21 (621) and it was well appointed and immaculate. We had a wonderful stay! It is very nice and cozy. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Located at the most central area, with this price and the space / facilities we got - it is a beat! The location was good. Close to many attractions. The room is very loud. You could hear people laughing and talking all bight with trash pick up very early in the morning. It was not what i anticipated from a high end residence. For the price, i will stay at a high end hotel next time.
