Patricia was a very welcoming host, the property was situated in an area that was great for us, as we were attending a family event and it was close by to the family home.

This property was a flat in the middle of a council estate . There was very little and poor parking . I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here .

You made the choice to go for the cheapest property, but you didn't mention that your booking was upgraded to a different property at our expense as a gesture of goodwill due to your bereavement. Being honest and showing appreciation for kind gestures goes a long way.

Convenient Location

Did not spend much time in the room as we left early the next morning.

Inside the property itself the stay was peaceful and nice. Spoke to the owner about not having coffee in the room and none on site, went to Costa the 2 days. Didn't opt for the meals at the property so no comment about that. Overall very nice room and informative host.
