The property itself is okay, I had a few issues such as dust in the room, a tv that was not smart or working properly with normal tv, jacuzzi that was out of order, spa facilities that felt more like I was in a community centre and wifi that stopped working on our last day, however, once I told the staff about the issues with the tv and the room cleanliness, they turned it around for us overnight and cleaned the room to a high standard as well as offering us robes, slippers and a complementary late checkout. They tried to fix the tv to no avail however the staffs communication and effort to try to remedy everything was commendable. The TV is compatible with an Amazon firestick, so it wasn’t too bad once we got that up and running. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options, the beds were super comfy and the shower was good too. If it wasn’t for the staff I’d have rated this lower due to our first impressions but overall we were happy with the stay.

My door was open twice while I was in the room , even with the Do not disturb sign! They keep saying they thought the room is unoccupied! Safety is doubtful

We had to go for a quick layer. It was close to the airport and it’s easy to prepay & schedule a shared taxi transportation back to the airport for your flight the next day. The restaurant was open late (11pm), so we didn’t go hungry after our flight delay either. They also have 24 hour room service. The end was super comfy & we had a nice hot shower. Breakfast starts at 6 am, so we were also able to eat before leaving so early as well. Highly recommend if you’re stranded in London for the night!
