Had some problems with our air conditioning but the staff was extremely helpful in sorting.

Location is perfect for Tower of London
Hotel is clean. Staff not very friendly. We were not greeted when we walked in. Wasn't given direction on where the elevators are located. There are steps to go up to the elevator level from the check in area which was very inconvenience with large luggage. we were not told that there would be parties going on with loud music. We were on the 4th floor and the music didn't stop til 1 am. It is near the London Underground station but I would not stay here again.

We stayed here last minute after having a terrible experience at a previous hotel. They were very accommodating, took our bags to our room, and had answers to every question we asked. Being right next to Tower Hill station is a huge plus! We were able to see so much of London in a day thanks to the recommendations from the concierge. If we're ever in London again, we WILL be staying here!
