The property is in great area. Rooms are a little tired and safes need an upgrade . In all good experience though!

There is no usb charging socket at the bedside. First floor is really noisy. Overall is ok.

Although we had the thermostat turned up as high as we could, it was still cold in the room. We had a corner room, therefore 2 outside walls.
The continental breakfast was very good. Reasonably priced (£8.00).

Very basic room, wish they would throw some art on the walls to make it a bit less dreary. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were nice. Excellent location!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel was pretty local to food and shopping places. It was also close to the Paddington station. Our room was clean when we got there, I have no complaints. They would come each day to clean. I would definitely stay again.

The area around the hotel can't be beat. Lots of great restaurants and lively streets. So close to the beautiful parks and interesting neighborhoods.
Cons
The staff were brusque and didn't feel welcoming. The room was very small, unfortunately, for the price we paid.

The current sign has been updated to a more modern look. Bed was very soft,not firm. Lots of snacks to buy in the lobby.
