The current sign has been updated to a more modern look. Bed was very soft,not firm. Lots of snacks to buy in the lobby.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and we loved it. Th hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the room was a good size with comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

Very good location short walk from Lancaster Gate entrance to Hyde Park. Many restaurants and cafes very close. Quiet area. Staff helpful and pleasant
Room very small and cramped.

Location is wonderful. Short walk from Paddington. Quiet street with cafes. Helpful staff. Will stay again
